well, here im gonna tell ya a little story about video games and me, and how they are my drug.

i consider something a drug when its good for the mind and bad for the body, thats what video games are to me

when things go wrong or crappy, i turn to my video games, they allow me to live an alternate life, a virtual reallity of pixels and euphoria

like any good drug, the game inquestion must be of good quality, otherwise only making things boring and bland.

too much of a good thing can certainly be bad, i must take a few minutes break every hour from video games to make sure i dont "overdose"

oh, but it has happened, i have "overdosed" a few times, some cases minor, some not, oh i wont be forgetting those.

session long too played, when the bliss is gone, it all comes crashing down

a groggy blur fogs my mind, reality comes back to me with the speed of a bullet train, my eyelids become heavy, i lose will to go on, i dream of sleep, of sleeping it all away, only to have it all bog my mind once again,,

hello, im branden, im an addict, ive been sober now for five days,

i do not wish to eliminate my addiction, but minimize it,

like they say, "everything in moderation," that is what i plan to do.
