Best Ninja Gaiden II Tip EVER

Ready for the best Ninja Gaiden tip ever? Switch the auto save to manual, and have three good saves going at one time. That way, you won't get stuck in an area where the enemeis won't respawn and keeps you from progressing. If you have multiple saves, you can just snag the latest one, rather having to restart the whole game!

My compare/contrast review for NG2 will be halted for the time being, since I have to start over.

I was autosaving from Ch.3 on. I just so happened to be on Ch 10 when the enemies decided not to respawn after I died by these damn bugs.

If the manual save was on Chapter 3, what about the auto save? Couldn't you just use the auto save?  Or was that save corrupted?

If the game won't let you progress, couldn't you just shut down and restart at the last save.  But if the last save was corrupted, wouldn't the 3 manual saves be corrupted too?  I guess with 3 saves it's highly unlikely that all 3 would be bad.  I had something similar happen to me too.  There was a glitch and a door could not open.  I had to restart from my last save.  Too bad the last "manual" save was 2 chapters ago.  LOL
