I Don't Understand Gamefly

I don't understand why they call it a queue.  It should just be a list of games you want.  They rarely send me games that are near the top of my list even if the top five or six games say "High Availability."  They go to the very bottom of my list and send me something.  I wanted the game anyway, but the bottom of my list is usually games that I just want to try but not really dying to get.  I'm going to start putting my most wanted games on the bottom of my list so I get them sooner.
